The Radiant Spire suddenly appeared in the nation of Joseon. The nation began to utilize the Pure White Oil that bled from the spire in a variety of miraculous ways: an oil that never ceases to burn, an oil that heals all wounds, an oil that was a stronger power source than anything on the planet. However, that miracle soon became a nightmare once the Radiant Spire transformed into the Ebon Sting, turning the Pure White Oil into a malevolent demon-transforming Crimson Oil. Follow the adventures of Kim Rip, an amnesiac swordsman who tries to make sense of this now desolate world alongside the demon that dwells inside of him.
